Billing questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Open your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, click View Order, then Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Lifetime has no renewals.
Can I get a refund?
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on any plan, and within 14 days of a yearly renewal — just reply to your receipt email. Monthly renewals are not refunded. A refunded license key is turned off.
Do I need an account?
No. After you pay, Lemon Squeezy emails you a license key. Click Upgrade, choose “Already subscribed? Enter your license key” and paste it once.
On how many devices can I use it?
A Premium key works on up to 3 devices. On a Team plan, each person can use it on up to 3 devices.
What counts as a page?
Every page of the documents you work on. Merging a 3-page and a 2-page file uses 5 pages. Signing counts only the pages you sign. The free count resets every day.
Who handles the payment?
Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. They process the card, add the right tax and send the invoice. We never see your card details.
